Client was unhappy as the render was dirty and showing signs of ageing...

The render was also peeling and had many cracks...

After pressure washing the render was treated with an anti-fungal wash to completely clean it.
The cracks then had to be deepened to ensure the filler would hold...

Once the filler had set it needed to be primed...

Only then could we start to cut in the first coat of paint...

We applied two coats of unique hydrophobic (water repellent) paint.
This means that any dirt that gets onto the surface will be washed off the next time it rains...

Client was thrilled with the result.
His next door neighbour then asked us to paint his house as he was so impressed with the difference. He is now equally happy.
